Deposits
A 15% deposit is required on all of the Wessex Garden Building range, payable at the time of placing the order.

Base Preparation
It is essential with all wessex garden buildings that they are erected onto a firm, completely level base. This will ensure that you do not encounter later problems with doors and windows not fitting correctly. Please contact us should you need any advice on base preparation.

Treatment
Apart from the door joists and foundation beams, the Wessex buildings are supplied completely untreated. It is strongly recommended that the buildings are treated within 14 days of installation, weather permitting. Due to the wide range of timber treatments available from Atlantic, you will be able to customise the colour scheme of your new building to your required taste.

Erection Fee
The erection fee for the Wessex range of buildings is 15% of the total cost, with a minimum charge of £250 (Erection not available outside areas listed in the delivery section see below)

Delivery
Delivery is free in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambs, Beds, Bucks and Oxon. Outside of these areas, delivery may be possible for a fee, please call for details. We must have clear access to the desired point of erection. Please notify our sales team of any difficulties regarding access to the site and erection point.
