Optional Extras
Optional extras are available, such as extra doors, windows and terraces, and custom sizes can be considered for certain models. Please call our sales team on 01986 891077 or e-mail us: sales@atlanticonline.uk.com for custom quotations.

Deposits
A 15% deposit is required on all of the Merit buildings range. This is payable at the time of placing the order, with the balance payable by cash or by credit card at point of delivery.

Base Preparation
We do not undertake any base preparation work, and therefore can only erect your building onto a pre-prepared base area. It is that the base area is firm and completely level. We are more than happy to offer advice on base preparation, and you will be supplied with information regarding your base along with your delivery notification. Please note that if your prepared base is not suitable there will be a re-visit charge of £50 once the base has been suitably corrected.

Delivery
Delivery and erection is free in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambs, Beds, Bucks and Oxon. Outside of these areas, delivery may be possible for a fee but erection will not be available, please call for details. We must have clear access to the desired point of erection. Please notify our sales team of any difficulties regarding access to the site and erection point.

Treatments
All merit buildings come treated in Golden Brown as standard or, where available, treated Green for an extra charge as specified. This treatment is an excellent base coat and we recommend that you treat your building soon after delivery and repeat the process annually.
